Server Rules.

The rules

1. It is REQUIRED to review important-announcements in #information. If you break a rule and claim you didn't know, it will still be your fault.
2. WSP personnel and department affiliates are not permitted to have display names within the server. They will be removed.
3. This is a safe place for everyone. If found harassing or putting someone down, you will be terminated or blacklisted. Do not use profanity when talking to civilians; it is unprofessional. You must obey your higher ranks at all times.
4. If you have a suggestion, refer to #suggestions.
5. To log your patrols, refer to #shift-logs. You can view your hours in the Law Enforcement Database. Penal codes are on the Penal Codes page.
6. If you need to go on LOA, refer to #loa-request. Taking an LOA does not exempt you from demotion or termination.
7. Spamming any text or images in server channels is unacceptable and will lead to punishment in the main server.
8. Always follow the Chain of Command.
9. Personal, political, and past drama may not be brought into the department. Doing so will result in termination and moderation in GVRPJ.
10. You must NOT share answers to the cadet exam or any certification applications. Doing so can result in a blacklist from law enforcement.
11. You are NOT allowed to input incorrect information on a shift log submission. Doing so will result in a permanent blacklist from law enforcement.
12. You are required to listen to your supervision, command, and senior command staff. Failure to do so can lead to moderation ranging from an infraction up to a permanent blacklist.

13. Common Sense

    You must use common sense while on duty. Just because there isn't a written rule doesn't mean it permits that action. If something is clearly out of line, it is not allowed. You can and will be moderated for actions that violate common sense, regardless of whether a specific rule addresses it.
